About ESX

ESX is an engineering catalogue where every part is defined completely and exactly, so that it can be bought from any supplier without a second round of questions.

Why ESX exists

Ordering a part usually starts with an incomplete description. The drawing leaves out a tolerance, the datasheet leaves out a material, the quote answers a slightly different question than the one asked. Buyer and supplier then spend days closing the gap by email.

ESX closes the gap at the source. Each product is stored as a structured engineering object: every parameter has a value and a tolerance, the governing standard is named, and the same definition is shown to everyone.

What you get

  • One uniform page per standard product, with the full parameter table.
  • A technical drawing and CAD files (STEP) for the parts that have them, available after free registration.
  • Suppliers who declare that their product meets the definition as written, so offers are comparable like for like.
  • Purchase requests at the listed price, requests for quote sent to suppliers, and direct orders between buyer and supplier.

What ESX is not

ESX introduces buyers and suppliers. Orders are placed directly between them and payment is made outside the site; ESX does not hold or process payments at this stage.

ESX is a catalogue and a meeting point, not an ERP system. The service launches in Israel first; other markets follow later.

Technical data is provided as described in the Terms of Use and should be verified before use.
