For suppliers

ESX gives you buyers who already know exactly what they are asking for. Joining is free during the launch period.

Why join

  • Buyers arrive with a complete definition, so requests for quote come without missing parameters.
  • Your offer sits next to the same definition as every other offer, so you compete on price, delivery and service rather than on interpretation.
  • Buyers find standard parts through search, including from Google.
  • ESX only introduces. You keep the order and the payment relationship with your customer.

One uniform page per standard product

Every standard product has one page, with the full parameter table: each parameter with its value and tolerance. You attach your offer to that page; you do not create a competing page for the same product.

The conformance declaration

Under the full parameter table there is one checkbox: you declare that your product meets the definition as shown. That declaration is what makes your offer visible.

If a value or tolerance in the displayed table changes, the declaration lapses and your offer is hidden immediately. Re-declaring takes one click from your list of lapsed declarations, and the offer returns.

Who you are dealing with

Before an award you see the buyer's company name and country. Contact details are shared after the buyer chooses.

Price

Free during the launch period. Any future charge will be announced in advance and will not be applied retroactively.

Onboarding

  1. Register and verify your email address.
  2. Open a supplier account and add your company details.
  3. Choose the standard products you supply and add your offers, one by one.
  4. Tick the conformance declaration under each parameter table.
  5. Receive purchase requests at your listed price and confirm them, or receive requests for quote and answer them with a price. An offer without a price receives requests for quote only.
